The vendor is required to provide covert video surveillance systems must be versatile, modular solutions featuring multiple enclosures for pole-based, vehicle-based, and portable use.

•    A pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) camera with wireless capabilities.
•    Three (3) enclosures:
o    A small covert enclosure for attachment to utility poles.
o    A vehicle-based enclosure, such as a dog kennel.
o    A portable enclosure powered by a standalone battery unit.
•    A portable power unit to ensure reliable, long-term operation.
•    Fully configured and integrated IP scheming for modems and cameras.
•    A comprehensive video management system (VMS).

•    The state seeks a fully operational solution upon delivery. 
•    Responsible for providing all necessary components, including camera hardware, video management systems, and enclosures, as well as performing system setup and configuration.
