Audio Visual Systems

The vendor required to provide audio visual systems for include:
- Café nook (201.11)
1. Video
•    A medium format display will be wall mounted over an in-wall storage box with an integrated articulating mount.
•    The display will be capable of selecting between the following inputs:
o    Video conferencing
o    BYOD HDMI at table.
2. Audio
•    The display’s internal speaker(s) will provide audio for the BYOD HDMI table input.
3. Video conferencing
•    A video conferencing bar, equipped with microphone, camera, and speaker will transmit audio and video to the far side and receive audio from the far side of a video conference.
4. Control
•    The display power, input selection, and volume will be controlled by the display’s remote control.
- Small conference room (203.05)
1. Video
•    A medium format display will be wall mounted over an in-wall storage box with an integrated articulating mount.
•    The display will be capable of selecting between the following inputs:
o    Video conferencing
o    BYOD HDMI at table.
2. Audio
•    The display’s internal speaker(s) will provide audio for the BYOD HDMI table input.
