Grandstand Video Screens and Services

The vendor required to provide video screens and services for the five main events held in the grandstand during the 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030 agency (numbers, dates, and times are approximate and subject to change).
•    Video screens must be delivered and set up by 3 pm on Wednesday and tore down by 4 am Monday at the respective dates listed in 3.1 (schedule subject to change).
•    List of equipment and services which will be included in the basic system.
•    Two (2) 11’x19’ Daktronics 10 mm displays (or equivalent) or two (2) 9’x16’ Daktronics 10 mm displays (or equivalent) or a mixture of sizes (sizes listed are a minimum).
•    Tricaster switcher (with backups) (or equivalent).
•    Processor (with backups) 
•    Led technician 
•    Four camera shoots with camera ops and switcher and director 
•    Instant replay for two (2) nights of bull riding with Daktronics timing (bull riding is subject to change, and annually pending contract renewal) 
•    Timing clock capable of integrating with equipment for two (2) nights of bull riding (bull riding is subject to change, and annually pending contract renewal). 
•    200’ of cam feeder needed with an additional 300’ of additional feeder to displays. 
•    All appropriate cabling for cameras and displays 
•    Video screens and structures will be moved after final rodeo night and put back in place for concerts.

•    Contractor is responsible for moving them into place.
•    Two (2) 4’x8’ staging decks for camera positions
•    Meal service available on-site.
