The vendor required to provide full-service professional audio production for the 2026 graduation ceremony.
- Services should include delivery, setup, operation, and teardown of all audio equipment necessary to support a large-scale outdoor and indoor graduation ceremony

•    All rigging hardware required for deployment
•    Left and right main loudspeaker arrays
•    Left and right delay arrays
- Microphone packages
•    Standard wired microphone package
•    Wireless microphone package
•    Appropriate microphone stands (mic stand package)
- Monitoring and power
•    Full monitor package
•    Pd (power distribution) package
- Equipment standards
•    All equipment must be in excellent working condition
•    All wireless systems must comply with current FCC frequency regulations
- Technical staffing requirements
•    FOH (front of house) engineer
•    Systems engineer
•    Monitor engineer
•    All personnel must be present for:
•    Load-in and setup
•    Sound checks and system tuning
•    Full event operation
•    Teardown and load-out
- Event execution
•    Ensuring audio system coverage appropriate for venue size
•    Managing live sound mixing for presenters, performers, and program elements
•    Providing continuous event support during the ceremony
•    Implementing contingency plans related to the severe weather backup date
- Teardown and load-out
•    Remove all equipment promptly following the conclusion of the ceremony
•    Restore event space to pre-installation condition
•    Coordinate departure with university event staff.
