Banking Services

The vendor is required to provide banking services for the county clerk of court to include circuit court and family court.
- Include for services:
• Online banking shall include, at minimum:
o Stop payments.
o Images of checks.
o Deposits.
o Return items.
o Any and all other services customarily provided to business banking clients.
• Paper and electronic statements for all individual trust accounts (statements for monthly interest earned/posed).
• There shall be no penalty for:
o Early withdrawals.
o Return checks.
o Stop payments.
o Wire transfers.
o Etc.
• There shall be no monthly fees on any accounts.
• Wire transfers for trust accounts/electronic.
• Positive pay for accounts.
• A provision of daily armor transport services for circuit court and family court offices.
• A provision of at least one (1) automatic teller machine (atm) located at both circuit court and
family court.
• Quick access to checks for closed trust accounts.
• Full reconciliation services-hard copy
• Electronic transfers.
• In person deposits credited to account on same day.
• Local customer service representative and office conveniently located for daily business transactions.
