Cash in Transit Service

The vendor is required to provide for armored car services to transport its currency collection (s) (checks, cash, money order, etc.)  
- Single use security deposit bags with serial number issue and supplied by agency bank; will be given to the offer on pick-up day.
- The security deposit bags will contain currency of various denomination and types.
- Currently three (3) locations will be under contract with the pending award.
- The number of pick-up locations may change during the life of the contract.
- Must have a standardized logbook pick-up procedure that tracks the bag and its serial number from the agency for its bank delivery.
- Must be able to submit documentation for every transaction made by agency
- Must supply all three (3) locations with a logbook for all pick-up transaction (s).
- The logbook must record the pickup transaction and the offeror guard signature.
- Tracking services for each bag picked up from agency for delivery to its specified bank or cash vault has to be placed into a secured location at all times.
- Must return on the same day or next business day at no additional charge or additional expense to pick-up from agency any refused deposit (s) by its driver.
- May only bill agency once for any refused pick-up for any given reason, date, or time during the contract.
- Must apply any credit(s) due to agency accounts on the next monthly statement following the discovery of the error or correction.
- Security officer must arrive in full company uniform attire with the name and logo patch (ES), picture id, and nametag.
