Future Commissions Merchant Services

The Vendor is required to provide Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) Services to agency.
- Planning to develop a new FCM relationship for its ongoing and future hedging and proprietary trading activities to support agency Power Supply Risk Management program.
- The objective of the relationship with the FCM is to receive services in establishing the ability to:
•    Enable financial clearing access at Nodal, ICE, and NYMEX.
•    Support ongoing and future hedging and proprietary trading operations and associated reporting and compliance.
•    Transfer unrealized activity from BNP Paribas to the new FCM.
