Paratransit Computer Aided Dispatcher and Automatic Vehicle Locator and Scheduling Platform

The Vendor is required to provide to identify the number of potential paratransit computer aided dispatcher/automatic vehicle locator (CAD/AVL) providers and their available abilities/capacities including technologies, to provide any of the following solutions to support the agency paratransit program and future Micro transit services including:
•    Vehicle locations
•    Pick-up/drop-off adherence
•    Employee scheduling/rostering
•    Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) messaging
•    Mobile Application based appointments, cancellations, and trip appointment reminders.
•    Other innovative transportation services that may work in parallel with existing agency services, including but not limited to micro transit.
