Security System Upgrade Services

The vendor is required to provide that security system upgrade services of installing non-residential commercial rated Ingress Protection (IP) Power over Ethernet (POE) security camera system consisting of the following components
-All cameras are to be non-residential commercial rated, vandal resistant and IP rated for protection against dust and water intrusion
-Provide:
•Provide and install one 4.0-megapixel minimum outdoor day/night pan tilt zoom
•Provide and install five 4.0-megapixel minimum, outdoor day/night 2.8mm minimum or varifocal lens camera, turret dome camera.
•Provide and install five 4.0-megapixel minimum, outdoor day/night 2.8mm minimum or varifocal lens, bullet camera.
•Provide and install five 4.0-megapixel minimum, outdoor day/night 2.8mm minimum or varifocal lens, multi-sensor dome camera.
•If cameras cannot be hardwired, a point-to-point wireless solution can be used with, cisco.
•Contractor will need to verify that power is available and that all required equipment can be installed at the locations needed.
•Cameras located near vehicle gates need to be of a quality to read vehicle license plates during the day and night.
•Provide and install network video recorder with video management software, thumb drives for pulling recordings and must include a minimum of one hundred twenty days of storage, at thirty frames per second, or higher.
•Provide and install two security camera monitor that is commercial grade 50” or larger, light emitting diodes color monitor or equal with wall mount bracket and wireless keyboard and wireless mouse.
-Contract Period/Term: 1 year
