Security Camera Maintenance System

The vendor is required to provide and implement an agency-wide, IP-based surveillance camera system that is fully compatible with any existing city cameras; all solutions must address the needs of both new IP cameras and existing cameras within the same interface.
- Provide a detailed description of standard and extended support, maintenance, and the average response time for a support request.
- Enterprise camera system solution for use throughout the agency.
- Services provided by the vendor shall include design, installation, configuration, support and training.
- The initial phase will deal with establishing an enterprise video management system with IP-based cameras currently in use at several different locations.
- The consultant should be able to provide Active maintenance and break/fix services to existing camera systems.
- Provide training for both the administration and end-user use of all aspects of this system.

1.Stores 30 days of continuous, (based on minimum 4k camera size) recorded footage on premise (not triggered by movement.)
2.Secure access to live video and footage from cog office (over VPN or some other means so it’s not live on the internet)
3.VPN access for out of agency access (police departments) as needed
4.Windows based for management and monitoring.
5.Alerts on camera outages
6.Daily reports on storage utilization and footage stats to ensure the system is functioning properly.
7.Unified access to each system. Via website / application.
8.Capable of connecting to / utilizing different cameras; nonproprietary, agency capable.
