The vendor is required to provide monthly maintenance and replacement services for all existing and new infrastructure and equipment, including but not limited to, access control, intrusion alarm, closed circuit video equipment (CCVE), all wiring, strikes, alarm points, power suppliers, cameras, network video recorders (NVR’S), panels, id card printer, etc. in the national capital region (NCR) regional offices, and site offices.
- Provide monthly and yearly maintenance services
- Provide installation, repair and rewiring services to the security and CCVE systems;
- Provide repair and replacement services on damaged and defective system components and equipment, when required;
- Install new security and CCVE equipment, as applicable;
- Programming software equipment, when required (e.g., new installations); and
- Work on projects related to the security and CCVE systems.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
