Specialized Security and Protection Services

The vendor is required to provide for specialized physical security and protection services for senior public officials and high-profile individuals across country.
- These services are on an “as and when requested” basis.
- Risk assessments
• Open-source reporting on:
o Physical threats against the client, or their immediate team;
o Demonstrations or protests against the client, their activities including public appearances or announcements;
o Hate speech against the client, or their immediate team;
o Security incidents and police interventions against the client, or their immediate team and respective residences or offices;
• Heat map of high crime areas where the client resides or will be travelling to;
• Deep and dark web reporting of physical threats related to the client or any scheduled events
• An assessment of vulnerability (e.g., high risk, medium risk and low risk areas) and likelihood of direct physical threats.
• Recommendations to mitigate identified risks.
a. Threats and incidents may include issues related to but not limited to:
• Assault;
• Harassment;
• Hate-motivated attacks;
• Altercations;
• Crowd management/violence;
• Stalking;
• Protests
- Provide advice on mitigation measures as part of the risk assessment.
- Provide a virtual briefing on the report to the project authority and other office representatives or the client upon request of the project authority with 48 hours of submitting the report electronically.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
