Security Guard Services

The vendor is required to provide for the provision of armed and unarmed security services at designated county facilities.
- Security personnel—armed or unarmed—may be requested on an as-needed basis, either temporarily or permanently, at the rates specified in the bid cost table.
- Supervision and reporting
• Security officers shall report daily to:
o Jimmy Brownlee, director of facilities
• Alternatively, and additionally:
o Brooks Varn, building manager
o Donald dean, lower-end crew leader.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
