Integrated Airport Security System

The vendor is required to provide both general and preventative maintenance consisting of repairs, replacements and installations for the integrated airport security system (IASS) for the agency for the department.
- This includes the hardware, software, applications, and systems integration required to maintain the existing commercial-off-the-shelf (cots) subsystems of the IASS for the 3,596-acre airport property and the 2.4 million plus square foot airport terminal building.
- The IASS is comprised of the software house c-cure 9000 controlled access security system (CASS), the Intellicene Symphia VMS digital video management system (DVMS, or security camera system), and the Intellisoft Airportice identity management system (idms).
- The hardware shall include all associated equipment that supports the IASS system including, but not limited to: surge suppression equipment, power supplies, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment including batteries (both failure replacement and lifecycle replacement), door hardware associated with the CASS (mag lock or electrified door hardware), and all equipment required for a complete and operational system.
- The IASS systems are integrated with each other as well as with other systems such as the computer aided dispatch and the designated aviation channeler (DAC) provider that captures biometric and biographic information for the criminal history record check (CHRC) and security threat assessment (STA).
- Providers preventing them from entering into a contract with the administration for any extra work project as referenced per tp-1.16 extra work and systems upgrade allowance.
- All software, hardware, patents, documents and other work products developed for or resulting from this contract shall be the property of the administration.
