The vendor is required to provide the solution should integrate cutting-edge AI and security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) capabilities to ensure proactive and automated threat detection and mitigation. 
- Provide comprehensive maintenance services to ensure the continued optimal performance and security of the firewall system.
- The vendor will be responsible for delivering thorough training to our it staff, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage, monitor, and leverage the advanced features of the full-featured next-generation firewall (NGFW) effectively.
- The solution will stretch across two sites connected by dedicated fiber optics using a high availability model.  
- The solution will allow the ability to efficiently manage the network resources and ensure data security and protection for computing devices.  
- The solution must enhance our network security posture and be sized to support the growth of the county for the next 7 years.
- A fully configurable and manageable remote agent must be provided if agents are utilized for remote web content filtering, VPN or other functionality.
- This comprehensive approach will ensure that our network remains secure against emerging threats while providing our it team with the tools and knowledge necessary for ongoing management and response.

- Include the implementation and configuration migration from the existing Fortinet solution. 
- Testing of all NGFW, SOAR, AI, and logging components must be included in a comprehensive manner through the implementation phase of the proposal.   
- The proposer must be available for an after-hours go live event prior to November 30, 2025. 
- The existing environment consists of an active -passive Fortinet NGFW solution utilizing a Fortinet logging appliance.   
- The environment contains an estimated
• 1000 access control list lines
• 30 IPsec VPN site-to-site tunnels
• 150 concurrent SSL VPN users
• 30 IPS policies
• SSL certificate inspection
• 2 virtual domains with clustering
• Active directory single sign on
• Web content filtering both on-premise and remote through an agent.
