Travel Information Center Security Camera Expansion Services

The Vendor is required to provide for expanding the existing video surveillance system at eleven (11) travel information centers (TICs) located across the state to include coverage of all parking areas and grounds of facility, and all inside cameras.
- Remove and decommission any old model cameras not currently in use. 
- Cameras must be removed from the premises and properly disposed of off-site.
- All cameras have been installed; but must be online and viewable by department representatives both on-site and remotely through CCure IQ.
- Wireless Connectivity: Provide the necessary equipment to connect the above cameras wirelessly to the existing NVR. 
- This will include one managed network PoE switch per site. 
- Wireless connectivity must comply with all department and DIR low security baseline controls. 
- These controls include WPA-2 encryption, upgradeable camera firmware, and the ability to authenticate by using strong passwords on the cameras, NVRs, network switches, or any other wireless component.
- All construction debris will be removed daily or placed in approved container located on site. No construction debris will be left on the grounds at the end of each day.
- Be responsible for any damage to property, grounds, or fixtures during the course of work.
- Programming and Configuration: All programming and configuration of servers, as well as all provided cameras, components and software.
- Provide data sheets for all priced materials.
- Service and Maintenance: One-year onsite parts and labor warranty with toll free service number, 4-hour engineer response, and 24–48-hour onsite response to service calls.
- Installation must be completed at all sites.
- The video surveillance system shall be taken out of operation until the designated department representative inspects the damages and authorizes work to be performed.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
