Camera Server and System

The vendor is required to provide camera server and system include:
- Avigilon or equivalent cloud-connectors and cameras: 
1. Bill of materials: 
• 2 – Avigilon or equivalent cloud connectors and totaling 48tb. 
• 62 – Avigilon or equivalent 30-day and 3-year cloud licenses. 
• 1 – Guard booth and cloud bullet camera / 5mp. 
• 1 - Lot labor- installation, technical, programming, testing and training on new VMS. 
- Services include:
• Replace existing Exacq server wand Avigilon or equivalent cloud-connectors. 
• Transfer all existing cameras into new cloud-connectors (enabling full-analytics on all cameras). 
• Install additional cloud camera on guard booth. 
• Program & test all cameras. 
• Train client on new Avigilon or equivalent cloud VMS and app for viewing remotely. 
- Added services: 
• Inspection, testing and commissioning upon completion of the project. 
• 1-year equipment warranty on all of the above-listed system components. 
• In-service training for building key personnel and staff as specified.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
- Site Walk-Through Date: July 31, 2025
