The vendor is required to provide community supervision services to youth and adult participants in the county juvenile accountability court programs.
- Provide community supervision after 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, weekends, and holidays for juvenile participants in the choices juvenile drug court program and adults in the hope family treatment court programs.
- Conduct home visits to ensure compliance with court-ordered curfew times.
- The surveillance officer will document and report to the program administrator, case manager, probation officer or other member of the accountability court team any evidence of alcohol and/or drugs or drug paraphernalia present in the home.
- The surveillance officer will also report the observed conditions in the home to include working utilities.
- The surveillance officer will be trained to conduct random drug screens in the community.
- Once trained, a surveillance officer of the same gender will conduct random drug screens in the home and community.
- The surveillance officer will track and document all community visits, drug screen results and contact with choices and hope program participants in connexis case management system within 48 hours of said contact.
