The Vendor is required to provide licensed Security Integrators to deliver comprehensive services for electronic security systems.
- The design, installation, upgrade, maintenance, and repair of equipment such as surveillance cameras, video servers, and access control systems, alarm systems, cabling, power supplies, and other critical components.
- Preparing specifications and cost estimates before approval
- Installing, upgrading, or reconfiguring security devices and systems
- Inspecting and overseeing security compliance during facility construction
- Consulting on architectural modifications for security needs
- Other authorized security-related projects
- Service needs, including emergency repairs and routine maintenance.
- Emergency work must begin within two hours; standard service requests require a 24-hour response.
- Troubleshooting, programming, and repairing security systems
- Coordinating repairs with related vendors (e.g., door and fence contractors)
- Relocating or reconfiguring security components
- Working with manufacturers to handle warranty repairs
- Ensuring compliance with building and electrical codes
- Emergency repairs to maintain security system functionality
- Other security-related services authorized by agency
- Routine maintenance as recommended by equipment manufacturers
- Inspections to ensure proper security function and regulatory compliance
- Other authorized security services.
