Security Access and CCTV Systems Maintenance and Repair Services

The Vendor is required to provide for their access control system (which includes software house c-cure 9000, passage point, and all associated equipment and hardware) and closed-circuit television system (which includes the milestone xprotect corporate video management system and all associated cameras, hardware, and equipment).
- Elements of work under this Agreement include, but are not limited to, materials, labor, supervision, supplies, repair, replacement, or upgrade equipment, transportation, storage, utilities, testing, consulting, Professional-Services provided by manufacturer companies (Software House and Milestone), and all required permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Work Authorization prior to completing any maintenance or equipment repairs which include the purchase of upgraded technology or new equipment determined to be necessary to prevent system failure and/or to maintain optimal performance.
- The items must match or be compatible with the existing Worksite Security Systems.
- All workmanship shall be accomplished in a neat and professional manner, meeting industry standards and best practices. 
- This shall include, but not limited to: furnishing proper grounding of data lines and devices, providing plumb and level installation of all devices and equipment, providing neat wire and cable routing, identification of cables and/or conductors by point numbers, providing secure wire terminations, splices, and ease of access for maintenance and testing.
