Security Services

The Vendor is required to provide unarmed security guard licensed personnel.
•    Provide security trained unarmed personnel, and vehicle patrol security.
•    Act as a visual deterrent.
•    Answer alarms and calls for assistance.
•    Respond to reported suspicious situations and emergency needs;
•    Perform parking lot surveillance, and check the doors are locked after office hours;
•    May direct traffic on private property
•    Be mentally alert including visually and audibly
•    Possess good visual capacity required to perform all required security functions;
•    Meet the physical demands required in frequent walking and prolonged standing and sitting;
•    Possess a thorough knowledge of all security rules, regulations, procedures and laws pertaining to detaining individuals;
•    Have in their possession, while on duty, an identification card
•    Not allow unauthorized personnel into any restricted area.
•    Wear a clearly marked security uniform.
•    Prepare written reports on request.
