Security Officer Services

The Vendor is required to provide occasional after-hours security needs that shall be scheduled within 24 hours of need; please include any additional costs for this service.
- Services include:
•    Protect all persons at the building from bodily harm or injury.
•    Perform other such functions as shall be appropriate and necessary in the event of situations or occurrences affecting the security of the facility, such as fires, accidents, internal disorders, emergencies, sabotage, or other criminal acts, etc.
•    The officer is to observe persons entering or leaving the premises.
•    Officers shall, if they have any questions, examine packages, briefcases, etc., before permitting access to anyone and ask anyone to leave the building as necessary.
•    The officer is to maintain order at building while staff, visitors, etc., are using the building's facilities.
•    On request, officer will immediately assist all agencies first responders in the event of any incident which shall impact the safety, security, or health of the building.
•    Officers shall apprehend persons gaining unauthorized access to facilities and remove any unruly persons.
•    The officer shall call appropriate law enforcement officials immediately in the event of a crisis situation.
•    If, for any reason, the officer is unable to report, the officer service must fully brief the substitute as to his general and specific orders. 
•    Each substitute officer shall receive detailed instructions on officer service responsibilities from officer service.
•    Officers shall be required to monitor security cameras and take any necessary action to control security breaches.
