The vendor is required to provide security services for the south meadow’s development district, formerly known as the materials innovation recycling authority site state.
• Regular site patrols: Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of the premises to monitor for unauthorized activity, ensure the integrity of site access points, and deter trespassing, vandalism, dumping, or theft.
• Lighting: Confirm and document that beacon lights and aviation lighting are fully operational during each shift.
• Overnight and weekend coverage: Provide consistent security presence during specified shifts, including overnight hours on weekdays and full coverage on weekends and holidays, in accordance with authority operational needs.
• Incident reporting: Document and report all security-related incidents, suspicious activity, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns to designated authority personnel in a timely and professional manner.
• Visitor and contractor monitoring: Observe and record access to the site by any contractors, vendors, or other third parties, ensuring that only authorized individuals are on the premises.
• Emergency response: Act as a first point of contact for emergencies on-site, including but not limited to fire, intrusion, or medical incidents, and coordinate with local emergency services when needed.
• Compliance with standards: All personnel must meet background screening requirements, maintain proper licensure and certifications, and comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including the department of labor’s standard wage requirements.
• Professional conduct: Security personnel must perform duties in a professional, courteous, and vigilant manner at all times.
• Authority reserves the right to approve personnel assigned to the site and request reassignment when necessary.
• Reporting and communication: Maintain daily logs and provide periodic reports to authority, including summaries of patrols, incidents, and any notable observations.
• Equipment and uniforms: Provide all uniforms, radios, communication equipment, transportation (if needed), and any other tools required to carry out the duties described herein.
