The Vendor is required to provide security service providers to deliver comprehensive security coverage across 29 housing-owned and managed properties.
- Services will include daily and nightly patrols, onsite guard presence at designated properties, video monitoring, and on-call emergency response.
- Onsite Guard Services
1. Glendale (Property #11):
• One (1) armed guard onsite during nighttime hours.
• One (1) unarmed guard onsite during daytime hours.
2. Video Surveillance Monitoring:
• Contractor shall provide one (1) unarmed nighttime guard to monitor surveillance cameras at village, report suspicious activity, and respond in real time.
- On-Call Response
• Provide 24-hour, on-call security response coverage for all housing properties.
• Contractor must guarantee response within 30 minutes of a request for emergency or urgent security assistance.
• If response exceeds 30 minutes, the guard must contact the reporting party by phone to assess and manage the situation until arrival.
• Contractor must contact law enforcement when necessary to protect life, property, and resident safety.
- Guard Requirements
• Be uniformed and display visible identification.
• Hold valid state certifications for armed/unarmed duties.
• Complete comprehensive background checks, drug testing, and reference verification.
- Maintain ongoing training in:
• Situational awareness
• De-escalation and conflict resolution
• Emergency response procedures
• Resident engagement and customer service.
