The Vendor is required to provide for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of a paratransit software system.
- This software will support scheduling, dispatch, rider booking, eligibility management, reporting, and integration with fixed-route services to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience for accessible transit riders.
- Modern software solution that is:
• Cloud-based, scalable, and secure
• Intuitive for staff and riders
• Capable of integration with CUBIC smart fare collection, Geotab AVL/GPS, and capable of future expansion to provide fixed-route system integration.
• Equipped with strong reporting, auditing, and compliance features.
- System will involve a multi-functional software system that provides the following:
• Improve scheduling and dispatch efficiency
• Enhance rider experience (booking flexibility, notifications, trip reliability)
• Provide self-service options via web and mobile applications
