The Vendor is required to provide to design, install, integrate and maintain new video surveillance and single point access systems districtwide.
- Second, to repair, refresh, replace or expand existing video surveillance systems and single point access systems that currently exist within the District.
- Provide all materials, equipment, parts, and labor necessary for the installation of the ordered products.
- All surface mount boxes shall be labeled with adhesive labels (white background/black lettering) and be given a unique labeling/numbering scheme.
- Each video data cable shall be dressed into a Category 6A, RJ-45 data insert and will snap into the faceplate of a single port, surface mount box that is to be installed within 6 feet of each camera location.
- A single 5/8” wall penetration shall be made for each of the cameras to be installed onto the building’s outer wall surface.
- Onsite Maintenance Services:
• Time and material service and repair option:
o Clean and adjust cameras and domes as requested
o Update view sets with Qognify Ocularis
o Update software for Qognify Ocularis
o Configure alters, trips and/or events
o Train users
o Export Video (when requested)
o Replace failed cameras (labor)
o Replace bad camera domes (labor)
o Update firmware
o Troubleshoot software
o Service physical servers
o Provide over the phone tech support
o Send cameras in for repair
o RMA cameras if covered under warranty
o Onsite Tech Support when requested
o Dispatch Support when requested
o Qognify Ocularis Access/Training
- Service include:
• Furnish new systems and components on an as needed basis
• Provide routine and emergency maintenance and repair services for existing systems
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including:
o Equipment testing, inspection, and cleaning
o Firmware and software updates as applicable
o Diagnosis, repair, or replacement of defective components
o Full operational testing upon completion of work
• Maintain detailed service log for each site, documenting all maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure all system meet or exceed manufacturer specifications and district standards.
• Provide training to district maintenance and operations (M&O) staff for basic troubleshooting and remediation of common issues.
