Purchase and Installation of Security Cameras Services

The Vendor is required to provide for the procurement and installation of eight (8) security cameras at various designated locations around town.
- These cameras must have the ability to stream live video feeds to the town office, with a future capability to stream to the town’s official website.
- Town’s efforts to improve public safety, increase transparency, and monitor high-traffic and strategic crime areas.
- Responsible for the following:
•    Supplying eight (8) outdoor-rated security cameras with high-definition video quality (2 MP minimum).
•    Installing and configuring each camera at locations identified by the Town.
•    Establishing a secure and reliable network infrastructure for remote access.
•    Enabling real-time streaming of video to a central viewing station located in the Town Office.
•    Providing the capability (now or in the near future) to embed or link the camera streams on the Town’s website.
•    Offering training for Town staff on camera operation and access. 
•    Providing ongoing support and maintenance options.

•    Weatherproof and vandal-resistant
•    High-resolution (2 MP or higher)
•    Night vision/infrared capability
•    Motion detection
•    Secure streaming and remote access
•    Cloud or local storage options
•    Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ)
•    Compatibility with public-facing web platforms (for eventual website streaming)
•    Power and network setup (agency preferred, or specify alternatives)
