Alarm Monitoring Services

The Vendor is required to provide fire and security alarm monitoring, maintenance, and services at various municipal facilities.
- There are 24 distinct monitoring locations.
- looking for 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring services and as needed maintenance and repair services.
- All communication for the current system is by private radio network (PRN) and City data network.
- Provide the required equipment/interface to allow staff to control alarms via cell phone.
- Provide all proper equipment and trained personnel to execute the requirements of the contract; and to furnish all supervision, labor, insurance, expertise and materials.
- Test all trouble, supervisory, fire alarm signals and provide verification of proper signaling to central station monitoring.
- Any service/repairs to equipment must be approved by the facilities maintenance department’s authorized representative.
- Respond to service calls within four (4) hours. Calls will be within normal working hours for general service.
- In the event of an alarm, the Contractor shall be responsible for notifying the designated contact according to the building list provided.
