The Vendor is required to provide cable television system infrastructure services for the department, institutions/facilities statewide.
- Travel time to and from the institution/facility will not be paid.
- Services shall begin when the contractor arrives and checks in at the designated service location.
- Provide repair services on an as-needed basis, as requested by the department contract liaison or designee to keep the equipment fully operational.
- Repair services shall include but not be limited to installation of parts, replacing of parts, repairing of parts, testing, troubleshooting, and recertification of the system.
- Repair services performed outside of normal business hours must be approved in advance and in writing by the department contract liaison or designee.
- All personnel, tools, equipment, and vehicles shall be cleared prior to entry to the institution/facility.
- Industry standards and best practices shall be followed with regard to the installation and signal alignment process.
- Photographic samples at the endpoints shall be made before and after repairs in an attempt to provide visual results.
- Must demonstrate adequate staffing and resources to ensure that all locations receive timely services.
- The work area cleaned up and all equipment secured in time for the contractor’s employees to be outside the perimeter fences of the institution/facility by 4:00 p.m. each workday, or the time specified by the individual institution/facility as close of business.
