The vendor is required to provide security staffing security guard and security technology systems installation and maintenance providers, to ensure program initiatives are followed throughout by each security program contractor.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide operational and technical support to the security systems manager, senior security program manager, and the senior security operations manager.
• Liaison daily with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to support security operations.
• Assist in the development of CONOPS, record-keeping, correspondence preparation, review and preparation of training curricula and related materials, and signage, diagrams, and maps.
• Assist with the contract compliance of security guard and security technology systems maintenance providers.
• Review security technology systems schematics, contract documents, and related materials to ensure consistency with the center security department’s security posture.
• Provide project management support to track progress of ongoing and new security projects and coordinate working activities with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct walkthroughs and assessments of security technology systems, installations, commission acceptance testing of security field devices and maintain appropriate records.
• Strategically support security technology systems integrations throughout the center campus.
• Represent the center security department in a professional manner at meetings, presentations and on conference calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the security systems manager.
- Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and oversee projects at the same time
• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution of goals and objectives.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of a variety of security technology systems
• Proven organizational skills along with clear and concise written and verbal communication skills effective at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated training development and delivery experience.
• Strong experience in analytical based decision-making.
• Computer literate (microsoft word, excel, e-mail, internet, etc.)
• Associate degree in criminal justice, security management or related field required.
• Three or more years of progressively responsible experience in the field of security or law enforcement is preferred.
