Security Camera Installation Services

The vendor is required to provide security camera system and is requesting quotes to install cameras, hardware, associated cabling (including patch cords), and NVR server on three (3) different locations.
- Installation
•    All work shall be inspected and accepted by the city’s facility manager. 
•    The work may be performed during normal city business hours. 
•    The contractor shall make every effort to minimize disruption to city operations. 
•    If a disturbance cannot be avoided, the contactor shall coordinate with the city’s facilities manager for work to be completed after normal business hours or during the weekend at no additional cost to the city. 
•    City hours are as follows:
o    Monday – Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm
o    Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.
- Programming and commissioning
•    Department and facilities manager prior to programming or commissioning any equipment.
