The vendor required to provide cyber services for include:
• Assisting the city’s center;
• Liaising between the center, regional cyber coalition, and mayor’s office of public safety
• Leading coordination for regional cyber coalition initiatives;
• Managing the city’s threat intelligence sharing platform (TISP), including supporting partner onboarding efforts, creating vetted IOC feeds within the platform, combining and analyzing TISP center with other cyber threat sources to create written intelligence products for internal and external dissemination;
• Drafting and reviewing advisories and presenting on stakeholders calls and other city briefings;
• Developing presentations, dashboards, visualizations, and documentation to identify threats, insights, and trends, and communicating insights with stakeholders;
• Coordinating and presenting on a quarterly regional cyber coalition threat brief and other city and regional stakeholder webinars;
• Maintaining regional cyber coalition mailing list, website, and communication platform
• Sending stakeholder alerts, threat reports, and other products; and
• Coordinating cyber security initiatives and projects.
