Video Surveillance Services

The vendor required to provide video surveillance equipment inspection service agreement:
•    Supplier shall be physically located less than 2 hours away of county office.
•    Supplier shall perform one-time annual inspection on the following existing equipment in this agreement:
o    (20) h4w2per3 Honeywell 2mp dome cameras
o    (1) hen32114 12tb network video recorder
o    (1) tq-tpetg80 8 port POE switch – generic
o    Supplier services shall include annual surveillance equipment maintenance.
o    Inspection service shall include cleaning of 20 camera lens, checking camera views and adjusting if necessary; inspect all equipment to ensure proper working order.
o    Replacement of camera and network video recorder equipment must be compatible with Honeywell brand.
o    Repairs, part replacement and emergency service work are not covered under this inspection service.
o    Camera and network video recorder must always be compatible with each other.
o    Supplier shall train department personnel on monitor use, viewing of footage and general use of network video recorder, as needed.
