The Vendor is required to provide physical security services for Company facilities and assets.
- The primary objective of the service is to protect Company personnel, properties, and assets.
- Services include, but are not limited to, patrol facilities, guard facilities, manning security post at facility gated entrances, assigning temporary badges, escorting visitors into facilities, and protecting personnel.
- Capable of providing security services at any Company facility, property, or work site twenty-four (24) hours per day, 365 days per year.
- Assignments may be modified with short notice depending upon the degree of risk determined by Company management.
- The contractor shall designate an account manager that will be assigned exclusively to this account, overseeing day-to-day operations and remaining available 24/7.
- The Account Manager shall be and/or assign a primary point of contact responsible for the scheduling of officers and contract performance issues and communicate that individual’s information to the Company security management.
- The contractor shall respond to Company email inquiries within an eight (8) hour time frame.
- Security contractor management shall meet Monthly with Company security management to discuss service reviews, documented incidents, and any ongoing security-related issues.
- The cellular phone is to be used by the guards working the posts and patrolling facilities.
- The security contractor shall provide trained security personnel for all shifts without an interruption of service. No shift shall remain unoccupied for any reason. Failure to meet this core requirement may lead to termination of this contract.
- This is a twenty-four hour per day, seven day per week (24/7) operation. At times and with pre-notification, contract security personnel may have to cover additional duties or limited timeframe events. The security contractor must be able to provide additional personnel when reasonably requested.
- Scheduled security shifts shall not exceed twelve (12) hours in duration. Security personnel shall not work more than sixteen (16) hours in a twenty-four (24) hour period.
- Security contractor’s management shall conduct a minimum of one (1) onsite audit of each shift worked each month. A minimum of three communication audits (phone calls) shall be conducted each month to ensure guard phones are in working order and are being answered appropriately and timely.
- All video collected by the Company on the security system is considered property of the Company and may not be recorded without permission of Company security management
- Guards shall activate each point at least two (2) times per eight (8) hour shift and activate a single security point every thirty (30) minutes while on shift.
