The Vendor is required to provide for Security Services for the agency.
- Responsible for providing the following:
• Professional uniformed guards to provide security coverage of the agency for agency year-round, seven (7) days per week, 24 hours per day, including all statutory holidays.
• The guard’s primary role is patrolling the agency, regardless of weather conditions (when safe to do so), keeping visitors and property safe, assisting both visitors, residents, local businesses, and agency staff as may be requested.
• One (1) professional uniformed guard must act as the site supervisor. The site supervisor will work the day shift (0730-1530) and be on site during these hours. The site supervisor will attend weekly agency operations meetings among other meeting requirements as assigned by agency.
• The successful proponent will possess, and upon request, be able to provide additional personnel (supplemental guards) at the same hourly rate for special events as required by agency with as little as seventy-two (72) hours’ notice.
- The Guard will patrol the entire waterfront along with monitoring the closed-circuit television (“CCTV”) cameras in the security office between patrols. The exact patrol route and frequency will be discussed.
