The Vendor is required to provide support and maintenance for the existing agency correctional facility’s access control system (department Special Systems).
- Harding Digital Intercom System experience preferred. (Hardware, Wiring, Paging devices, Software)
- must be able to provide 24/7/365 support for the access control system.
- Support will be structured to provide after-hours support based on critical system availability and safety concerns.
- Provide all necessary personnel, labor, materials, and supplies to maintain existing solution.
- Preventative Maintenance: Provide onsite visits to ensure equipment is functioning properly. All equipment shall be checked to ensure equipment is functioning at best performance. This should be completed at least once a year. (Enhance performance, preventative maintenance, software maintenance, response time, camera cleaning)
- Software Maintenance: Provide software updates, patches, software licenses and hot fixes. This includes software loaded on client workstations and servers.
- Enhance Performance: Make changes to the system to meet the needs of the department facility while using existing equipment and software. These changes can include motion capturing, frame rate, and resolution. Work with the IT Department to take advantage of software features not being used or features in future versions.
- Validate recording: Test and confirm recorded videos are working and 30-day retention is working as expected.
- System Troubleshooting: Ensure all cameras are operating properly and recording. Maintain operability with minimal downtime. Troubleshooting should be onsite; remote access may be given in special circumstances. Remote access by VPM may be made available.
- Emergency Repairs: Provide replace and/or replace of any system due to failure based on response times provided.
- Work Requests: (add verbiage about additional work requests requirements, like software upgrades/patches, etc.)
