The Vendor is required to provide to remove the Agency’s existing security system and furnish, install, configure, and maintain a security camera system and key card access tied to the security system at the Agency’s.
- Fully remove the existing camera system and associated hardware and wiring from the agency premises.
- Patch and cap all holes resulting from wire and hardware removal.
- Safely dispose of all removed equipment and materials
- Camera System Requirements:
• 4K resolution
• Infrared (IR) night vision capability
• Connectivity to a private cloud-based storage and management system.
• Remote management capabilities to include at a minimum:
o Administrative access
- Install all cameras and ensure cables are clearly grouped and labeled for ease of identification and maintenance.
- Enable GPS-based proximity monitoring using physical access cards
- Enable administrators to manage individual access permissions.
- On-site emergency panic feature to alert authorities.
