Cleaning Services

The vendor is required to provide that cleaning services for a deep cleaning of a group home living facility while the facility will be vacant for a short period of time.
- Services to include:
• Deep cleaning of 3 bathrooms including walls, tile and grout of floors and shower.
• Clean 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining rooms.  include cabinets and shelving.
• Clean laundry room.
• Sweep and mop floors in all areas.
• Clean windows (interior).
• Clean walls and horizontal surfaces such as windowsills, and molding.
• Clean all other closets or spaces not otherwise specified above.
• Provide wage sheet for any additional services to be performed
• The vendor shall supply all tools, cleaning chemicals and equipment needed to perform services.
