The vendor is required to provide for janitorial services for the city, traffic signal shop and bridge offices in north city.
- The contractor shall supply all cleaning supplies, carts, cleaning material and equipment.
- Supply toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash can liners.

• Floors to be stripped, resealed, waxed and buffed (semi-quarterly/two times per year)

• Sweep and mop floor with a sanitizing solution (three times a week)
• Disinfect sinks, toilets, urinal, mirrors, cabinet, baseboard, rail, door and trim (three times a week)
• Refill soap, toilet paper, paper towel (three times a week)
• Empty trash cans and dispose properly, replace trash bags (three times a week)
