Collection Services

The vendor is required to provide third-party collection services for delinquent accounts.
• Utility services (water, sewer, sludge)
• Parking and minor offense citations
• Fire department and ambulance service fees (excluding those prohibited by law)
• Road maintenance and service area fees
• Property taxes for mobile homes
• Returned checks and other miscellaneous receivables
• Any other receivables as determined by the borough
- Provide all details of the methods to be used to maximize successful collections, including initiating and continuing collection attempts within the guidelines set forth by federal and state regulations regarding fair debt collection practices.
