Data Collection Services

The Vendor is required to provide to enter into a non-competitive agreement with Data Driven Enterprises for services related to data collection, analysis, and evaluation measures tied to Indicator Data and graduation and dropout metrics.
- Their established knowledge, historical continuity, and embedded role in these efforts make them uniquely qualified to ensure seamless integration, fidelity of implementation, and continuity of outcomes to analyze whether university startup curriculum has a positive effect on state student outcomes, evident within the indicator data.
- The upcoming initiative is time-sensitive, with deadlines for programmatic milestones. 
- The evaluation measure must be implemented quickly, and Data Driven Enterprises is already embedded in the relevant data systems and possesses the institutional knowledge, infrastructure, and operational readiness to meet the timelines without delay. 
- Engaging any other vendor would risk disruption, duplication of effort, and loss of critical context that only Data Driven Enterprises possesses.
