Print Publications services

The vendor is required to provide production services for a city’s quarterly print magazine.
- Services includes graphic design, print and mail services for the city’s quarterly print magazine, which contains the city’s recreational class offerings.
- A City staff member currently directs a graphic design contractor to arrange content and finalize magazine proofs.
- The graphic designer then submits the finalized magazine proof to a commercial printing firm that prints the magazine and mails copies to residents and businesses in county.
- Collection & Storage of Magazine Copy, Images
• A designated city staff member will upload clean written copy and images to a shared drive (to be maintained by the contractor) by a city-designated deadline.
• Contractor will retrieve the clean copy and images from the shared drive following the city-designated deadline.
- Graphic Design of mosaic
• Within an 8.5 x 11” dimension, contractor will arrange the aforementioned clean copy and images in city-designated sections and in a visually aesthetic manor that will vary in arrangement between editions.
• A finalized digital draft of the mosaic to the designated city staff member for final changes, if any, and approval for printing and final digital copy.
