Printing and Mailing Services

The vendor is required to provide to print and mail a consumer confidence report as required by environment, great lakes, and energy (EGLE).
- Produce three (3) annual mailers during the period beginning June 2025 until June 2027.
- Mailers have to be completed and mailed during the last week of June in order for residents to receive information on July 1st of each year.
- Report is printed on 11" x 17” size paper, with information printed in a landscape format on both front and back of paper, folded with mailing information on upper front panel of document.
- Report is folded again to create an 8 ½ x 5 ½ "mailer.
- During contract period, there may be one addition 8 ½ "x 11” insert that will need to be printed and added to the mailer.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
