Voter Registration Applications Services

The Vendor is required to provide for printing of voter registration applications services:
- Word documents:
• Instructions – printed front and back
• Application – front
• Application – back
- Regular VRA – English only and Spanish only
- NVRA – English only and Spanish only
- Layout for all applications will be the same.  
- Instructions printed on inside with mailing information on outside (mailing side)
• 90# white index printed black/black
• No perf on instructions; perf between instructions and application
• Glue spots for sealing and mailing the folded mailer positioned 1/16” from bottom.
- Voter registration application
• 90# white index printed black/black
• 8.25 x 10.625 
• 1 perf 3/4" from top; perf between instructions and application
• 3/4” strip of adhesive tape liner positioned 1/16” from top.
- Shrink-wrapped in 50’s and carton packed.  (1,000 per carton)
- Black and white print.  No color.

- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
