Printing and Mailing Services

The vendor required to provide printing and mailing services for include:
- Notice of assessment with information page
1. Notice of assessment - specifications shall be as follows:
•    Paper: 50 lbs. off-set and 20 lbs. 
•    Bond; white; smooth finish, 8 ½ x 11 letter size
•    2 colors: black and blue
•    Fold: tri-fold
2. Information page – specifications shall be as follows:
•    Paper: 50 lbs. off-set and 20 lbs. 
•    Bond; white; smooth finish, 8 ½ x 11 letter size
•    2 colors: black and green
•    Fold: tri-fold
•    To be inserted with notice of assessment
3. Envelope – specifications shall be as follows:
•    #10 window; 24 lbs.; white wove
•    Window location: lower left
•    Print color: black
•    “Official tax matter” (no quotes) printed on envelope
•    County bulk rate mailing permit
- Personal property tax returns
