News Printing and Mailing Services

The vendor required to provide professional printing and mailing services for its lake’s news quarterly magazine.
- This project involves the full-service production, including printing, finishing, sorting, and mailing of 13,430 mailed copies and 250 copies for city hall distribution. 
- Total of 13,680.
- Requirement:
1. Magazine format
•    Size: 8.5” x 11” (final trim)
•    100lb gloss
•    UV coating
•    Page count: 28 pages (including cover)
•    Binding: saddle-stitched
•    Printing: 4/4 CMYK, full color throughout
2. Mailing requirements
•    Total addresses: 13,430 (business and residential)
•    Mailing panel: 4.5” wide x 3” high, located on the back cover, designed per postal regulations
•    Addressing and sorting: vendor to prepare, address, sort, and mail via postal every door direct mail (EDDM) or bulk mail standards.
•    Provide the mailing list of the residences of the city. this mailing list will be updated on a year-to-year basis
3. Proofs and output
•    Proof requirement: vendor must provide a full-color hard proof prior to production approval
•    Output preference: high-resolution pdf files (press-ready, with crop marks and bleed)
•    Bleed specifications: 0.125” on all sides
•    Crop marks: required.
