On-Call Environmental Planning Services

The vendor is required to provide on-call environmental planning services in support of federally funded projects that support the authority’s capital improvement program and various airport related and specialized projects eligible for federal reimbursement at the authority.
- Preparation of federal, state, and local environmental documentation such as categorical exclusions (CATEX), environmental assessments (EA) and impact statements (EIS), wetland assessments and jurisdictional delineations, noise, vibration and air quality studies, biological and cultural resource assessments, and other studies and permits as required for airport development, commercial development, and operations.
- Development of high-level environmental strategies.
- Review any existing airport environmental sustainability efforts to identify areas for improvement and develop implementation plans to maximize the utilization of existing assets and optimize operational processes.
