Environmental Services and Asbestos Air Monitoring Services

The Vendor is required to provide environmental services and asbestos air monitoring.
- Project monitor will be on-site as requested whenever the contractor(s) responsible for abatement (contractor) is performing prep work, remediation, cleaning, and tear down work in order to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and project documents related to asbestos, PCBs, mold and lead based paint as well as any additional tests and/or services as requested by the district.
- In addition, the district may require finding and remediation reports and any other reports as requested by the district.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
