The Vendor is required to provide a design and production partner to support institutional design work, printing and fabrication of branded collateral (banners, signage, brand installations, ads) on an as needed basis.
- Institutional branding, student recruitment/engagement, and alumni and donor communications. Services/capabilities related to these areas will involve:
• Design work (print and digital)
• Printing services (including recommendations on paper)
• Project Management services for more complex projects
• Fabrication Management – handling outsourcing, delivery of collateral
• SEO and medium size digital campaign management.
- All institutional marketing and communications activities and provides marketing communications direction and integrated service to strategically important areas within the University. These areas include marketing communications efforts related to students, research, administration, Indigenous perspectives and knowledges, alumni, donor relations and VP offices. Operating from an advice-driven service-delivery model, the team works in concert with partner areas to collaboratively meet the institution’s marketing communications needs, ensuring the strength and consistency of the University of Manitoba brand, messaging and strategic direction.
- Anticipated budget is $100,000 - $200,00 CAD per year
