Graphic Design Services

The vendor is required to provide graphic design services for production of images, logos, typography, and illustrations for branding, advertising, websites, packaging, social media, and more.
- Visually compelling print and digital designs and templates for in-house use by the city for monthly publications, annual reports, as well as designs for occasional special projects, such as collateral materials and brochures.
- Design a product that has original logos, designs and some computer aided design graphics, while incorporating photos provided by the city.
- Provide highly professional ad layouts and designs, logo designs and photo editing.
- Provide create graphics, use stock photography, and edit copy, with prior approval if deleting content, in order to fill the layout and create a visually pleasing document.
- Design the layout of printed and digital material, ensuring content is organized visually in an appealing and functional way.
- Needs to perform various photo editing, including but not limited to, resizing photos, retouching, background and spot removal, and color manipulation.
- Provide proofs to the city for editing; the city may require multiple drafts until proofs are final; the contractor must provide the city the number of proofs allowable, included in the base price, as well as the timeline for the edits based on the required deadlines.
- Provide city staff with an electronic pdf version and InDesign files of all designs including logs, ads, posters, rack cards, and t-shirt designs.
- Provide city staff with an electronic version of the final document to place on the city’s website and to share with the city’s designated printing company.
- Provide themes, color ideas, past event photos, sponsorships and city logos, text and other materials to the contractor who must be responsible for incorporating them into the design.
